The boutique brewery opened in early 2017 at The Vegetable Hunter, a vegan/vegetarian restaurant in downtown Harrisburg. The beer recipes are crafted to complement the food featured in the restaurant. The small size of the brewery allows them to get creative and experiment with unique, high-quality ingredients.
