Kiamie Wine Cellars Kiamie Wine Cellars is a collaboration between three guys with diverse yet complementary backgrounds. Winemaker Steve Glossner has as much or more experience working with Westside Paso Robles fruit as/than anybody in the game. General Manager Aram Deirmenjian’s family has been farming grapes in California for 30 years. Greg Johnson has over a decades' experience retailing wine in one of New York’s top wine shops. They share a vision: to create truly distinctive blends not limited to a predefined wine style, but instead made from the best fruit Paso Robles has to offer.

  "White Kuvée" Blend
The White Kuvée is a blend of 65% Roussanne and 35% Viognier, from the Derby Vineyard, formerly the Rosette Vineyard, in Westside Paso Robles. This wine exhibits a beautiful, golden hue. On the nose are expressions of white peach, beeswax and sweet vanilla bean. The palate is full and viscous giving the impression of sweetness, while remaining bone dry.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
Grapes for this wine are sourced from the Halter Ranch Vineyard, located in Westside Paso Robles. This historic site provides hillside vineyards, limestone soils, and sustainable farming practices allowing for highest quality wine grapes. What distinguishes this wine is its rich, approachable nature, and a ripe varietal character for which Paso Robles Cabernets are well-known. We blended twenty-five percent Cabernet Franc into the wine to further enhance its complexity and structure. The wine is built for mid-term (3-6 years) aging, but the style predicates drinkability upon release, and full enjoyment of the savory aromas and flavors the wine has to offer now.
  Kiamie Kuvée Blend
The Kiamie Kuvée emphasizes neither its Bordeaux nor its Rhône components, but rather reflects the balance and synergy of all its elements, creating a wine style defined by the blend of its unique fruit. This wine possesses a core of rich fruit enveloped by smooth tannins, providing enough structure to allow up to a decade of cellaring.
