Our Every Day Chardonnay is very soft and easy drinking. It has seen no oak aging keeping it fruit forward and medium bodied. With a clean finish, it is a very nice complement to most chicken and fish courses or simply on its own.

Our Every Day Merlot is medium bodied, soft tannin, fruit forward wine that is made to be easy drinking. It goes very well with red meats and hearty vegetarian meals or chicken on the grill.

Our Every Day Red is filled with bright berry flavor, this wine offers an alternative for those who prefer their red wine with a little more fruit. Very soft tannins make this a great wine for lighter dishes and goes with just about anything you put on the grill.

Our Every Day White wine is a great easy drinking blend of white wine grapes fermented in Stainless Steel tanks until bottled. The wine is light with round citrus fruit and crisp finish. Great on it's own or with lighter fare like fish, vegtables, eggs and Chicken.

This White Zinfandel is soft and fruity yet not too sweet. It's a catch all for parties and can go well with a large variety of foods from fish and chicken to pork and burgers.

This spring wine is an old family tradition starting over 100 years ago. The wine is made of a sweeter wine and steeped with dried Woodruff. This light sipper is perfect accompanied with a few slices of fresh strawberry and a touch of Champagne!

Only the freshest and ripest berries, from Glunz Farms here in Grayslake, IL, make this perfect with anything chocolate. This is a truly decadent dessert wine. The raspberries are flash frozen within minutes of being hand picked. When we are ready to make the next batch, we defrost the berries without pressing and use up to 2 pints of berries for every half bottle. The juice is then slowly fermented and fortified with our hig-proof grape brandy to stop the fermentation leaving a soft round sweetness to this dessert wine. It is one of our top sellers and a favorite in any crowd.

This traditional Spanish drink is the toast of the summer. It is a blend of our red wine and citrus fruits with a touch of spice. We recommend it served over ice and a touch of club soda or just a touch of orange or lime.

This winter warmer is a traditional drink of Germans, Scandinavians, and most Northern Europeans. Using our Port and red wine as a base, it is blended with oils of citrus fruit, nuts, clove, cardamom, nutmeg and cinnamon. It is fantastic when heated with a spoonful of brandy soaked raisins and a cinnamon stick! Make sure not to let it boil.

This medium bodied vintage port is filled with concentrated fruit, complementing its velvety finish. The aroma is rich and sweet with a touch of vanilla. The aftertaste is medium-long and very smooth.
