Vivat Alfa Winery

Open since 2013 and formerly known as Alpha and Omega, this Bucks County winery is a simple operation run out of a small fieldstone barn dating back to 1750. Winemaker Richard Adamek went to winemaking school in the former Czechoslovakia and grows his European grapes on plot of land next to the barn.
