Temperance Distilling Company (TDC) was born 1998 when a group of like-minded investors saw an opportunity in the alcohol specialty market. At that time the focus was purely on small niche specialty alcohol products. As awareness of TDC’s capabilities grew, so did the interest from potential beverage brand owners. With this high demand TDC officially opened its doors in January 2009, to produce and develop private client brands. As new products continued to be developed, additional equipment was purchased and capacity continued to increase. With such available capacity the company shifted its focus from proprietary to client products.
