Surrounded by rolling fields of sheep, a vineyard, and the Northumberland Strait, Prince Edward Island's first and only commercial winery is proving to be a popular destination for Islanders and visitors searching for a relaxing wine experience. The winery's uniqueness does not end with its scenic location. All of the winery's wine labels are replicated from original Island artwork painted by Rossignol's neighbour and Island folk artist Nancy Perkins and winery owner John Rossignol. The winery retail and tasting room features a variety of premium fruit and table wines, including barrel-aged Pinot Cabernet and our delightful Strawberry Rhubarb aperitif..

  Ortega Chardonnay
A noble wine with complex bouquet and exceptional character developed through barrel fermentation. Hints of vanilla and spice integrated elegantly with grilled seafood or chicken.
  Pinot Cabernet
This dry, full~bodied red wine is vinted with conservatory grown Cabernet Franc blended with Pinot and Baco Noir. Oak casks provide the smoky structure and depth to make it an excellent accompaniment for roast beef or marinated lamb.
Ripe berries harvested, from the Island's fertile red soil have heen blended to create our unique, tangy dessert wine. Exploding with flavour, Raspberry Festival is fabulous with chocolate.
  Selectionne Blanc
This fresh, light, off-dry wine shows an elegant balance of crisp acidity and delicate flavours. A perfect companion to Island Blue mussels, Malpeque Bay oysters or steamed lobster.
  Selectionne Rouge
A dry medium-bodied red crafted from a blend of hardy Marechal Foch grapes. The earthy, peppery quality about this wine makes an ideal match for pastas, pizzas and the summer barbeque.
  Seyval Blanc
Our award-winning, medium dry white wine is produced in a soft, fruit driven style. Excellent on its own or served with baked Northumberland Strait scallops or vegetarian dishes.
Warm Island summers provide bountiful crops from which we produce this fresh-flavoured, strawberry wine. A trio of juicy sweet varieties create the perfect aperitif to serve with aged cheese.
