Finally! Our young Cabernet Sauvignon grapes have created a wine that is rich, round, sleek and generous. It becomes subtle, supple, and elegant in the mouth - perfect by itself or with a hearty meal.

Our first Reserve blend – a “honeymoon” of equal parts Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Profound, lush, spicy; with deep richness, complex structure, and great aging potential. The ideal relationship for a honeymoon; an ideal wine.

This vintage is full of the enormous, plush flavors of brambly berries & a touch of peppery-ness that we have come to expect from our mountain grown wine. Dry and long, it finishes with class and distinction.

An elegant wine. Ripe and rustic from the start; a big palate adds cinnamon and plenty of fine tannin; consistent, fruity core; broad finish. Succulent. These magnums are all that is left of the award winning ’99 vintage.
