  Cabernet Sauvignon
The grapes for our 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon were selected from our estate vineyards from various regions of the Napa Valley. With fruit coming from the Rutherford area of the Napa Valley as well as from Oakville, this wine created was a true expression of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
  Chardonnay
Napa Cellars 2006 Chardonnay opens with an assortment of rich aromas: melons and granny smith apples mingle with clove spiced oak and coconut. The palate showcases huge fruit flavors balanced by a layer of citrus acidity accentuating the long, polished finish. Consider pairing this beautiful round wine with Chicken Pasta Primavera.
  Merlot
The 2005 Napa Cellars Merlot hails from a blend of vineyards from Napa to Calistoga. Low yielding vines in the cooler mesoclimates of the Napa Valley helped produce small berries with impressive intensity. The selection of fruit from prime Napa Valley vineyards yielded a wine reflective of a classic Napa Valley Merlot.
  Sauvignon Blanc
Napa Cellars 2006 Sauvignon Blanc is ripe with the aromas of guava, banana and lime, layered with the fragrance of orange blossom. The palate is pure and clean with hints of minerality and pepper. This classic Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect companion to Herbed Chicken Breast tossed with Penne Pasta, Zucchini, Ricotta and Basil.
  Syrah
Our Napa Cellars 2005 Syrah was fermented using the delestage method favored by many top Bordeaux chateaux. During this process, the fermented wine is racked into an empty tank, allowing the cap to settle to the bottom. The wine is then returned to the original tank, splashing the juice over the cap, helping to develop deeper color and greater flavor extraction. It also serves as an opportunity for seed removal, helping to eliminate harsh tannins in the finished wine. After a 14-day maceration, the wine was transferred to small barrels, a combination of American, French and Hungarian oak sources and then aged for six months.
  Zinfandel
Napa Cellars 2005 Zinfandel is dark purple and opaque in the glass. The nose reveals intense, ripe berries, candied strawberry preserves and cinnamon spice. The palate follows with juicy, rounded fruit flavors that mingle with layers of warm, supple tannins leading to a long, plush finish. Perfect with barbeque, try pairing the wine with Baby Back Ribs or Gourmet Pulled-Pork Sandwiches garnished with sweet and spicy coleslaw.
