  Cabernet Franc
Indian Springs Cabernet Franc is an elegant wine with nuances of lavender and lilacs. The tantalizing aromas of rose petals, vanilla and toasty oak, combine with bright cherry and wild berry flavors and fill the mouth when tasting this well-balanced wine. Medium-weight tannins and lush jammy fruit flavors carry over into a smooth lingering finish.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of plum jam and cranberries with earthy undertones. Bright flavors of blackberry, cassis, cedar and plum prevail. The long finish with classic Cabernet Sauvignon taste leaves one with a memory of a great wine.
Our 2003 Chardonnay presents a beautiful composition of aromatics and flavors. Exuberant flavors of pineapple and mango with undertones of ripe papaya. The finish is pleasingly delightful, bright and silky.
This newly released Merlot continues the progression of stellar merlots produced from the Indian Springs vineyards. Rich aromas of raspberry and cherry are followed by the tantalizing flavors of plum and currants. Bold and forward, this exemplary wine will continue to impress and improve for many years to come.
  Moscato Bianco
Refreshing aromas of bright peach and tangerine mingle with soft flavors of green apple and pear to produce a very elegant wine with sweetly balanced acidity. An ideal accompaniment to cheese, fruit, and fruit-based deserts. Indian Springs Vineyards’ Moscato Bianco is perfect for summer picnics and casual sipping.
  Primavera Rossa
The 2002 Vintage of Primavera Rossa is a lively red wine, which exhibits a fruit - forward expression of its Sangiovese based heritage. The rich flavors of the bing cherries, blackberry and plum blend seamlessly on the palate, lingering provocatively, and like a seductive mistress demanding more!

  Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
This Currently released 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon is a first class example of Cabernets produced from the Indian Springs Vineyards. Visually enticing, there is a deep red hue with a garnet edge. Tantalizing flavors of blackberry, currant, chocolate and plum reach out deliciously compelling you to savor each sip, taking in the rich, opulent and silky tannins. This incredible wine will age with grace, far into the future.
  Reserve Chardonnay
Light bodied, with soft delicate flavors of melon and honeysuckle. It jauntily saunters along on its path to a lingering finish of vanilla bean and butterscotch flavors.
  Sauvignon Blanc
Exhibiting the delicate mineral aroma indicative of it's mountain-grown heritage, as pleasing in the nose as it is in the mouth. Soft and unctuous, flavors of ripe melon and fig combine to produce a mouth-filling and savory sensation.

  Syrah Port
The release of the 2002 Vintage Syrah Port has, once again, confirmed the dedication of Indian Springs Vineyards to produce premium port wine. Bright carmine - tinted hues indicate the Ruby Port lineage of this finely crafted wine. The rich succulent flavor of ripe Bing cherries comes to the fore, and lingers pleasantly thru the silky-soft finish reminiscent of an elegant creme brulee. Try after dinner with ripe pears, Stilton Bleu cheese and toasted walnuts.
  U2 Cabernet Sauvignon
Nicely balanced, full-bodied with semi-sweet chocolate, tobacco, black currant and cedar as the predominating flavors.
  White Meritage Reserve
Dry, medium bodied with up-front flavors of lemon/lime zest. Classic bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon that pairs well with shell fish.
