Our family has owned the farmland and hillsides that grow the grapes for generations. The high elevation, the cool temperatures and the eastern and southern aspects of the slopes in Eastern Pennsylvania make an ideal location for the cold climate grapes of northern Europe.
The love of wine and the appeal of wine country enticed us to plant grapes on the higher and steeper hillsides of the family farm.
Today myself, Carol, and our five children own and operate the wine business; time allowing for real jobs and college educations. So, come visit us when you are in the area -- a phone call will insure that we will be available for you to taste our wines.

Cabernet Franc
Our Cabernet Franc is a fine expression of the classic grape of the Loire Valley in France Aged in American and French Oak, the full body and generous fruit will mate well with any red meat and strong cheeses.

Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay is barrel fermented and aged in American and French Oak to resemble the traditional Burgundian white wine. Forward fruit with hints of melons and vanilla, light toasted flavors and a long finish allows this wine to be enjoyed by itself or with fish, chicken or pork.

Merlot
Our Merlot is a wine true to its varietal character, full, but not fat; fruity, but not over powering; ready to drink today with a good steak or nice pasta.

Pinot Gris
Our Pinot Gris is barrel fermented and aged in American and French Oak. Its forward fruit, light flavors and crisp acidity with a long finish allow this wine to be enjoyed by itself or with fish, chicken or pork.

Pinot Noir
Our Pinot Noir is a fine example of the classic Burgundy grape. The wine, bright in color, black cherry on the palate, goes as well with salmon as it does with a good steak.

Rockland Red
A seasonal blend of Red Vinifera grapes - Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Pinot Noir. With barrel aged flavors and a slightly sweet finish, this wine will go well at picnics and with light dinner fare.

Vin Rouge
Our Vin Rouge is a blend of red vinifera grapes- Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. With barrel aged flavors, and a complex finish, this wine will go well with strong cheeses and a great steak.
