  Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2003 was made in a classic Bordeaux style, with extended maceration and aged in 65% new french oak for 20 months. The wine has developed a sound tannic structure while retaining a soft mouth and a smooth finish across the palate. We are reminded of warm floral qualities redolent with flavors of cassis and stone fruit. This wine can be enjoyed immediately, and with its wonderful structure, will only get better in 5-10 years.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine maker’s notes suggest that “exotic wild berries and fleshy stone fruits infuse our 2004 Cabernet. This wine is characterized by sweet, mature tannins, well integrated with notes of creamy and textured oak.” The fruit is bigger, though the alcohol level is only marginally higher than in the 2003. Enjoy!
