Rock Stream Vineyards is one of the Finger Lakes’ newest wineries and it’s entirely family-owned and operated. We grow our own grapes, bottle and produce our own wine and even design and print our own labels. We are also building a tasting room on Route 14 and Fir Tree Point Road with an opening date in early 2005. The vineyard has 40 acres of vines producing 230 tons of grapes annually to supply several large wineries. Using a small fraction of our production, the winery focuses on producing premium, hand-crafted wines in small batches. The wines undergo a long, cool fermentation in small stainless steel tanks to concentrate flavor and bouquet. The result is a clean, crisp, and balanced taste that makes Rock Stream wine so unique and unforgettable.

Cabernet Franc -

Perfectly smooth, but spicy and full bodied. Our best selling white wine. Contains 2.5% residual sugar.

Niagara
A sweet white wine with a nose of fresh grapes from the vineyard. Flavors of citrus and melon abound in one of the best Niagaras on the Finger lakes. Contains 4% residual sugar.

Semi-sweet Cayuga White
A spicy white wine bursting with flavors of lemon and honey. Refreshing and bubbly. Contains 1% residual sugar.

Shamus Red
Our most popular red blend of mostly Pinot Noir, Cab Franc, and DeChaunac. Contains 3% residual sugar.
