A blend of our seyval and Pollux grapes. It is a full-bodied, yet light with citrus fruit flavours of lemon and apple. Ideal with fish dishes, cheeses and fruit or on its own.

We've chosen the Snowy Owl for our 2004 ice wine which was produced from the Vidal grape. The Snowy Owl wintered on our farm in 1979, perched in an old uprooted apple tree on the present winery site.

This mulled red wine has cinnamon, cloves and orange flavors added. It is traditionally served warm on a cold winters night but also can be enjoyed at room temperature.

A full-bodied, crisp wine that has been aged for 6 months in Hungarian Oak. This wine is nicely balanced, displaying soft flavors of pear and apple.

A partial carbonic maceration resulting in a dry flavourful red wine having raspberry characteristics with a rich fruity taste. This wine goes well with meats, cheeses, and pasta dishes.

Aged for 1 year in American and French oak. Displays loads of ripe crushed raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry on the nose. A full bodied wine with hints of chocolate and medium tannins.

A blend of Marechal Foch & Michurinetz grapes which has been barrel aged in American Oak has black currant flavors with hints of chocolate & vanilla from the oak aging. As its name indicates Pheasant Run will compliment wild game, roasts and steak.

A semi-dry wine in the traditional Chablis style, with a subtle blend of citrus and flowers characteristics, balanced for many styles of food.

This Rosé exhibits fresh fruit aromas of strawberry and cherry. It has a clean crisp finish with the acidity well balanced. Served chilled with grilled vegetable salads, medium cheese, barbecued turkey or pork.

This delicate balance of bouquet and aroma with the crispness of character compliments gourmet dishes of poultry and seafood. We recommend that this wine be served slightly chilled.
