Firestone Vineyard Firestone Vineyard wines hail from eight estate vineyards near California’s celebrated Santa Barbara coast, where an unparalleled marine climate and expressive soils yield wines of extraordinary complexity and elegance. Here, atop three breathtaking mesas in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley, third-generation winegrower Adam Firestone advances a family tradition of estate vineyards that represent a singular commitment to quality, consistency and character. Founded as Santa Barbara County’s first estate winery in 1972, Firestone Vineyard today remains a cornerstone of coastal estate winemaking, producing highly acclaimed wines that capture the distinctive flavors of their vineyards and region.

HEADING NORTH: Approximately 45 miles north of Santa Barbara on Highway 101, take the Zaca Station/Highway 154 exit. At the stop sign, turn right, then take immediate left onto Zaca Station Road. After two miles, you will see Firestone Vineyard on the left at 5000 Zaca Station Road. HEADING SOUTH: Approximately 55 miles south of San Luis Obispo on Highway 101, take the Zaca Station Road/Highway 154 exit. At the stop sign, turn left over the highway and take immediate left onto Zaca Station Road. After two miles, you will see Firestone Vineyard on the left at 5000 Zaca Station Road.

Our 2001 Cabernet Franc Reserve hails from Adam Firestone’s Rock Hollow vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley, where conditions are optimal for this classic Bordeaux varietal. Our first bottling of Cabernet Franc Reserve since the 1997 vintage, this wine showcases the excellence of the 2001 growing season and the characteristic intensity of the Rock Hollow fruit. A bouquet of cassis, coffee and spice anticipates rich, striking flavors of cherry, blackberry and cedar. The flavors are layered across a full, balanced palate, unfolding with firm, chalky tannins into a lingering finish.
  CABERNET SAUVIGNON- Santa Ynez Valley
Our 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon begins with complex aromas of black currant, juniper berry, licorice spice and caramel. Deep, layered flavors of cassis, plum and blueberry anticipate accents of mocha and vanilla. A seamless texture finishes with firm, elegant tannins.

Our 2003 Chardonnay Reserve is a limited-production wine selected from superior vineyard blocks and crafted as our finest expression of the vintage. It begins with assertive aromas of tropical fruits with accents of orange zest and toasty oak. A rich, creamy texture unfolds with flavors of pineapple, pear and golden apple. Hints of caramel, coconut and honey add complexity to the palate, while crisp acidity balances a long, layered finish.

Our 2002 Chardonnay Reserve hails from superior blocks at our winery estate. These blocks were hand-harvested and crafted as individual lots. From these lots, we selected those barrels that best exemplified the quality, character and concentration of the 2002 vintage. These barrels were held for extended aging, then blended to create this limited-production wine. Our 2002 Chardonnay Reserve begins with a complex bouquet of pineapple, caramel, butter and toasted oak.   Late Harvest Riesling
Only extraordinary vintages bless us with enough botrytis to make this Late Harvest Riesling at our estate in the Santa Ynez Valley. This famed "noble rot" emerges late in the harvest season, intensifying fruit flavor and sugar for the crafting of a luscious, nectar-like wine. The 2004 vintage begins with enchanting aromas of honey, orange blossom and dried apricot. A rich, luxurious texture unfolds with flavors of peach, apricot, mango and citrus.   VINTAGE RESERVE - Santa Ynez Valley
Our Vintage Reserve is a traditional Bordeaux-style blend crafted from only the finest vintages, when superior blocks of estate fruit mature to the highest caliber. The 2002 vintage is only our 12th bottling Vintage Reserve since 1977. It begins with inviting aromas of blackberry and plum with accents of fine tobacco. The palate unfolds with deep layers of cassis, blueberry, mocha, anise and roast coffee—a complexity of flavor that is attributable to the inclusion of five classic Bordeaux varietals. A long, smooth finish is supported by firm, polished tannins, ensuring that this wine will reward careful cellaring for at least the next 10 years.
  VINTAGE RESERVE - Santa Ynez Valley
Our limited-production 2001 Vintage Reserve is a Bordeaux-style blend that hails from superior vineyard blocks at our winery estate in the Santa Ynez Valley. This is the 11th bottling of our Vintage Reserve since the inaugural vintage of 1977. The 2001 Vintage Reserve exhibits a complexity of bouquet and flavor that is attributable to the inclusion of the five classic red Bordeaux varietals. Aromas of boysenberry and mocha are accented with notes of cedar, cola and spice. Layered flavors of blackberry, red cherry, eucalyptus and cocoa unfold across a rich, supple texture. The Malbec component adds a hint of tobacco, while Petit Verdot contributes raspberry accents and chewy tannins at the front. Cabernet Franc adds a dimension of firm tannins to a full, elegant finish.
