Deep plum in colour, our 2004 Syrah is richly textured. Seamlessly balanced intense aromas of ripe black currant truffles and peppered spice mark the nose while the palate couches ripe black berry and cherry fruit in a cradle of vanilla. The finish is soft, persistent and elegant.

Our 2004 Grand Reserve Chardonnay was aged for 8 - 10 months in premium 1 & 2 year old French oak barrels after undergoing complete malolactic fermentation. Luminous gold in colour, this elegant wine is beautifully structured and displays alluring aromas of full tropical fruit with hints of green apple and toasted oak. This wine was vinted in a typical cool climate style indicative of a Niagara aromatic white wine. To extract full and intense varietal characterisitics, cold fermentation and pressing were used. This wine displays hints of leechee nut with delicate aromas of peach on the nose, followed by a crisp, clean finish.

Our 2004 Grand Reserve Meritage is a blend of Merlot (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), and Cabernet Franc (15%) three of the classic Bordeaux varietals. Deep ruby in colour, the nose is dominated by aromas of ripe raspberries, plums and vanilla underscored with chocolate and spicy black pepper. The concentrated fruit flavours of berries, chocolate and coffee intricately fold with the firm leather tannins providing full structure and an elegant prolonged finish.

Our 2002 Grand Reserve Merlot underwent extended maceration to extract a deep garnet colour red colour and concentrated fruit flavours. Aged in premium new French and American oak barrels for 13 months, this wine exhibits a gorgeous bouquet of ripe blackberries, vanilla and sweet plum aromas layered with notes of mint, chocolate and spicy oak. The naturally frozen grapes were pressed at an average temperature of minus ten degrees celsius, thus enhancing the varietal's intense complexity of flavours. The resulting wine displays a rich golden hue with alluring aromas of ripe peaches and delicate violets. Succulent honeyed fruit flavours of nectarines and citrus, balanced by fine refreshing acidity, caress the palate with an exquisite silky finish.

The wine was cold fermented and aged in stainless steel to capture the vibrant aromas of fresh strawberries, melon, citrus, and violets.

The composition of this wine is 52% Cabernet Franc and 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, an assemblage of two classic Bordeaux varietals. The wine is intensely aromatic, exhibiting a core of ripe plum, anise, blackcurrant and bell pepper. Rich fruit flavours supported by firm leather tannins lead to a rich extended finish.

Our 2004 Reserve Chardonnay underwent partial malolactic fermentation followed by 7 months of ageing in French oak barrels. The resulting luminous gold coloured wine is beautifully structured, with soft aromas of green apple, pineapple and butterscotch on the nose. Our 2005 Reserve Dry Riesling was cold fermented to extract true varietal character, texture and complexity. Luminous straw in colour, the aromatic bouquet displays notes of citrus fruit and peach. Our 2005 Reserve Gewürztraminer was vinted in a cool climate style and allowed 12-24 hours of skin contact to extract intense varietal character and complexity.This wine displays spice, lychee and rose petal aromas entwined with crisp tropical and citrus fruit flavours.

Golden in colour, this delightful wine displays lively aromas of lychee, orange blossom, golden delicious apples and distinct mineral notes characteristic of the Riesling grape. On the palate, delicious tropical flavours of pineapple and kiwi delicately fold with crip acidity to conclude with a rich full bodied finish.
