Our alchemy is the production of velvety rare liquid, with layers of flavours, smooth and caressing to the palate. Our case production is small at 300-350 cases each season, focusing on the Rhone Valley styled syrahs of France, but with a New World twist...

Furion Cellars Syrah
This is our first official release. This syrah is a blend of three vineyards in the Columbia Valley AVA. More elegant than over the top with soft flavours of candied cherries, and molasses. The nose is packed with floral scents and finishes with caramel.
