  Spontaneous Chardonel "Wild Yeast"
This wine was produced by a spontaneous fermentation from the wild yeast present on the skins of the grapes and present in the air in our winery. We liked the new style of Chardonel so well that our winemaker cultured this particular yeast and grew a colony so that we may reproduce this wine.
