  Collusion Paso Robles
This wine is not quite a conspiracy, but it's certainly a collusion of like-minded varietals in the pursuit of a remarkably complex and integrated wine. The 2005 Collusion is a blend of Malbec (57%), Cabernet Sauvignon (28%) and Petit Verdot (15%) that showcases Margarita Vineyard's exceptional synergy with Bordeaux varietals. A deep, inky hue anticipates warm, toasty aromas of blueberry, leather and fine tobacco. Layered flavors of black cherry, blueberry and cassis glide smoothly across a rich, balanced texture. Hints of cedar accompany ripe tannins on a long, structured finish.
  Petite Sirah "Dreamer" Paso Robles
If you've ever dreamed of a Petite Sirah that had it all, this is your wine. The 2005 vintage is bold yet velvety, intense yet balanced -- a testament to the remarkable fruit grown at little Catherine's Vineyard between Paso Robles and Creston. Aromas of violets and blueberry anticipate juicy, luscious flavors of boysenberry, blackberry, mocha and vanilla bean. The texture is deep and silky, finishing with sweet, supple tannins and lingering blueberry accents.
  Sauvignon Blanc Paso Robles
The 2006 Sauvignon Blanc hails from Hall Vineyards just east of downtown Paso Robles, where a reciprocal climate of warm afternoons and cool evenings nurtures the varietal's natural character. The 2006 vintage is loaded with fruit-forward aromas and flavors, including pear, pineapple and citrus with hints of fresh hay. The texture is crisp and clean with a brisk, refreshing finish.
  Syrah "Reckless Moment" Paso Robles
The 2005 Syrah "Reckless Moment" comes from Margarita Vineyard, the southernmost vineyard in the Paso Robles appellation. Here, just 14 miles from the Pacific Ocean, cool coastal breezes lengthen the growing season, resulting in Syrah with magnificent color, flavor and structure. The 2005 vintage begins with warm, toasty aromas of black cherry with hints of pomegranate and fig. The palate is broad and bright, unfolding with vivid flavors of blackberry, plum, blueberry and mocha. Soft tannins contribute structure to a long, elegant finish.
