  Cambodian Red
This Syrah wine is a blend of different vintages aged in American and French oak barrels prior to bottling unfliltered. The nonvintage blend makes for a delicious and interesting wine - older and refined wine blended with young and fresh flavors. 14.2% alcohol.
  Chardonnay
With the 2000 vintage we have given a rebirth to the old label. This wine has a heady, toasty nose. On the palate the crisp esters of tangerine, pineapple, and apricot cut through the creamy, buttery, silky mouthfeel of the wine. Chardonnay fruit flavors linger, combined with the subtle complexities expressed by the various yeast strains that were used in this wine, along with the refined French oak barrels' flavor influence.
  Chardonnay
Light tropical citrusy nuances, along with rich oak and bright vanilla components, crowd the nose of this special wine. The concentrated, exotic varietal charecteristics of the Chardonnay, as well as crisp grapefruit and honeyed flavors, immediately show themselves on the palate. A light, yet silky texture lingers long after swallowing. This is a full-bodied wine with delightfully soft mouthfeel.
  Chardonnay
Crisp tangerine and grapefruit flavors touched with a nutty character tickle the palate as they fill the mouth with buttery smoothness. This wine has a complex, heady nose from the different cooperages and yeasts. The 1998 Chardonnay is a round, well-balanced wine that will age gracefully. Best served at room temperature.
  Syrah
The 2000 Syrah has a definite black cherry component along with plums. In addition to the extracted grape concentrate flavors, which dominate the smooth and round mouthfeel, the presence of tar, leather, and a smokey toastiness imparted by barrels, contribute to the wines density. The wine will continue to age and mellow in the bottle. Again, you will see the use of the old label design.
  Syrah
Toasty oak and blackcherries mingled with fruity aromas rise up to the nose, and a sip reveals the flavor of ripe ollalieberries floating over blueberry. This wine shows a hint of leather, soft and rounded, and fills the mouth with chewy tanins. Still tart, with medium oak and grape tanins, this wine will mature and develop with additional cellaring.
  Syrah
This wine displays flavors of smoke and leather with an earthy nose, and subtle hints of black cherry. A tiny bit of Viognier in this wine adds a fleshy, aromatic quality. Smooth up front with tannins at the back, it is an extracted with plenty of aging potential and shows great promise for the future. Fruit, acids, barrels, nuances and balance give this wine the structure to mature through additional cellaring at home.
