Redbud Ridge Vineyard & Winery

Redbud Ridge is a small winery nestled into the cross timbers of eastern Oklahoma. Many times in the fall, you can visit the winery and get a whiff of harvest and fermentation. The winter and spring are filled with bottling new wines and vineyard pruning and training. During the summer the development of the grape clusters happens so fast that you can almost see them changing.

3 Roses
3 Roses is a dark rose’ blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zinfandel. The wine was left on the skins longer than some rose’s to enhance the flavor and aroma. The aroma alternates between citrus and strawberry and ending with a hint of fig. This wine has very wide food pairing possibilities…from salmon, turkey and ham to pasta, pizza and yes even bar-b-que.

Big Red Steak Wine
A full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon that hints of raspberry and chocolate with a flavorful smooth finish. Great with anything off the grill. But a seared rib eye is our favorite companion.

Riesling
An Alsatian style dry Riesling with hints of pear and melon on the nose and a crisp but smooth finish. Great with lighter textured meats and cream sauces.

Sangiovese
Sangiovese is the Chianti grape. Our Sangiovese is blended with Cabernet Sauvignon to produce a slightly lighter wine than the Big Red Steak Wine but still full bodied. Initially, you get a whiff of cocoa that develops into a light blackberry. This wine is full bodied enough to work well with a steak but also pasta and pizza. A great multipurpose wine.
