Made with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This is a big and beautiful wine. The color is an elegant ruby. The nose is filled with plum, cassis and dark jammy nuances. The mouth is rich with black fruit and tary flavors. Barrel aged 22 months in 75% French and 25% American oak.

Our first Reserve made from 34 year old Sauvignon Blanc vineyard located in the Russian River, Sonoma County appellation. The vineyard is planted on a sandy loam, lying on top of a volcanic cinder cone. The wine was crushed and fermented for 35 days then aged in stainless steel drums and stirred 3 to 5 times a week for 4 consecutive months. This is a rich, satiny sauvignon blanc with great acid, perfumy nose and wonderfully long, grapefruity finish.

This is our signature wine. It has a lovely grapefruit nose, hinting at citrus and fig nuances. It is wonderfully full and round in the mouth with crispness, great acidity and good balance. This wine is loaded with mouthwatering flavors. Because of its fine balance, this wine is excellent with a wide variety of foods, ranging from spicy Asian to seafood and pasta or just to sip by itself.

Inviting citrus, pineapple aroma that lingers seductively. A full, round, refreshing mouthful of grapefruit and figs. This wine is creamy and rich while being crisp and complex. A great wine to pair with spicy Asian faire, raw oysters, seafood and cheese.
