Chamisa Gold
The Chamisa or Golden Rabbit Bush splashes our vineyards with golden color during harvest. This festival wine is a blend of Muscat Canelli and Vidal Blanc complimenting each other in a classic sweet wine. An absolute festival favorite. Its huge honey suckle nose will compliment any spicy food including our Indian Taco's.

Dolcetto
These grapes came originally from the Piedmont Region in Italy. A cotton candy front taste followed with a soft oakey finish. Goes wonderful with Italian. NMSF award winner.

Dry Riesling
Ponderosa grown; a delightful, crisp Alsation style wine. It has a hint of peaches in the nose with apples and melons finishing the mouth. Ponderosa Winery's unique dry Riesling.

Late Harvest New Mexico Riesling
Another Ponderosa Vineyard Riesling sensation. The grapes harvested after a hard frost, come to the fermenter at 36% residual sugar. A true gold medal winning desert wine. A huge Bartlett Pear describes the nose with rounded melon and citrus finishing its huge mouth feel. Absolutely decadent with chocolate dipped strawberries.

Barrel aged 9 months in American oak. A floral nose with a hint of apples and pears and a rounded buttery oak finish.

This is the flag ship of our winery. Peaches and apples in the nose with a huge ripe melon, mouth reminisant of the classic German Rieslings. 4% residual sugar, a constant award winner that demonstrates the quality of our mountain grown Riesling grapes. Goes great with apples and cheese, or our New Mexican food.
