  Chambourcin Reserve
Gold Medal Winner at 2008 PA Farm Show! Twenty months in primarily Hungarian oak differentiate this 2005 reserve vintage from our regular bottling. Selected from low yielding lots of Chambourcin, we produced this distinctive deep color, intense aromas combined with an intense mouthfeel. The nose shows toasty oak, vanilla, and black fruits complete with a long finish. This wine is worth cellaring, too!
  Chambourcin Rosé
Bursting with red berry fruit and displaying a crisp finish, this wine is great with spicy foods such as Szechwan and Cajun. We feel that rosé can only be made from 100% red grapes and we follow this model using 100% Chambourcin. (2% residual sugar)
  Chambourcin Rosé

And the color is classic French!
  Chardonnay
Medal Winner at the 2007 Finger Lakes International Wine Competition! This dry white wine took a brief sojourn in 100% French Oak yielding a soft, elegant wine gracefully kissed by the barrel. Apple fruit is the dominating character of this lilting wine. Terrific along or with any meal; particularly dramatic with creamy or poultry fare.

In the mouth it shows plenty of bright fruit! Ideal with hearty fare. Note: fans of the 2005 can enjoy that vintage at area restaurants.
  Naked Chardonnay
Why Naked? Entirely fermented in stainless steel instead of oak; thus, the flavors are purely chardonnay fruit without any wood influence. Typically chardonnay is aged in oak - hence ''cloaked' in oak. We choose to 'un-cloak' the chardonnay fruit so it is a tho' you are eating chardonnay grapes right off the vine. A light wine perfect with chicken or seafood. Great for a hot & humid day!
  Niagara

  Nuvo
This vintage was a limited release of only twenty cases! To celebrate this international wine holiday, we took a unique approach to 'new' wine by using Semillon grapes: we've produced a deliciously, unfiltered Austrian Pub - styled wine as our own Beaujolais Nouveau.
  Pinot Noir
Silver Medal Winner at the 2007 PA Farm Show!, recently awarded "2007 Excellence in Wine" by Wine Society of PA! Stick your nose in the glass and enjoy the explosion of spice, cherry fruit, and vanilla. Experience the round mouthfeel with nice tannins and a long finish. We're so proud of this wine, we recommend holding onto it for a few years before enjoying it with your favorite savory food.
  Pinot Noir
The 2006 early harvest season was considerably wetter than the 2005 season. We harvested three different clones of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in late September through early October. These different pinot clones are vinified and barrel-aged in french oak separately and then selected barrels are blended for our final Pinot Noir blend. The 2006 vintage displays beautiful color and bright cherry fruit and is a typical Pinot Noir. It does not have the intense depth of the 2005 and is similar in style to our 2004 Pinot Noir.
  Quaff
This blend is always one of favorite “quaffable’ wines. Made from a unique blend of three grapes: the German red Dornfelder, Pinot Noir and Chambourcin. We affectionally call this unassuming table red “the” ultimate pizza wine! Perfect for the red wine lover who wants something not too oaky and yet not too sweet. ( 2% residual sugar)
