Brut de Noirs
The 1999 Brut de Noirs is a classic blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Crafted in the traditional methode champenoise and aged 'en tirage' for four years, this ultra premium sparkling wine is a wealth of complexity. The extended tirage adds complexity, balance, richness and depth to the finished wine.

Robert Hunter Estate Pinot Noir
The grapes were harvested at 2 ton per acre to assure maximum quality of fruit. When we compare this 2004 vintage to the 2003 vintage we find ripe red cherry on the palate as oppose to more of a dried red cherry.
