On the eastern side of Napa Valley, in the foothills of the Vaca Mountains, there is a secluded vineyard - the vineyard of Roy Estate. The mission of Roy Estate is to produce the very best wines possible from this tiny valley within a valley. As the proprietors of Roy Estate, we think of ourselves as caretakers of this special property. We feel privileged to be entrusted with its care.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Philippe also showed this wine, from barrel, to Robert Parker in October 2006. Parker scored it 90 - 93 points. Philippe believes this wine will be even better than its predessor.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Philippe describes the 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon as: “a combination of intensity and power with dense integrated tannins due to the rocky stressful site and a great diversity of complex bright flavors coming from this cooler area, south of Stag’s Leap. It truly is a stunning wine which expresses its terroir quite elegantly."
