Products

  Blush Zinfandel
A delicate blush colored wine principally from Zinfandel and French American hybrid varietals. Excellent for social sipping and light lunches. Hints of strawberry.
  Cabernet Franc
Combines rich ripe floral scented currant flavors with a finish of supple tannins.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
A full flavored Cabernet Sauvignon (80%); Cabernet franc (20%). A palate of pepper, cassis, spice and earth with a hint of berry fruit and oak.
  Chambourcin
A rich full-bodied red with flavors of black cherry. It is barrel fermented in toasted oak; note the rich ruby color.
  Dynasty
This elegant wine is a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet franc and Merlot which was aged in new oak puncheons. A rich wine with complex berry fruit and a hint of spices in the finish.
  Merlot
A rich deep Merlot with soft flavors of plums and black cherry. Fills your palate. Will continue to age well but is ready now. Very nice with red meats and red pasta sauces.
  Monte Bianco
An Italian blend of the great full bodied white wines of the extreme northern region of Italy north of Trieste near the Austrian border. This grand blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon bland and Muscato has depths of fruit with layers of citrus, honey, and oak. It is exceptional with roast lamb, charcoal grilled chicken matte (pressed chicken marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, pepper and wine) and broiled salmon filled with sesame seed and mustard crust.
  Pinot Noir
A core of spicy berry fruit with soft tannins and a firm finish.
  Poire (Pear) Dessert Wine
A delicate wine of 100 percent pear. Equally appropriate for cakes, tarts, fruit and cheese.
  Reserve Chardonnay
A barrel fermented Chardonnay in the style of a true French white burgundy. A full bodied Chardonnay with a buttery finish of subdued French oak.
  Riesling
A classic semi dry wine with characteristic German Riesling flavors of apple and pear.
  Rosé
A French d’Anjou style dry wine from lightly pressed Cabernet Sauvignon.
  Sangiovese
The classic grape of Tuscany. Medium bodied with good fruit and soft tannins. Serve with a rich Bolognese or red clam sauce over pasta.
  Vinifera White
This fine wine is our unique blend of barrel fermented Chardonnay and our spatlese style Riesling. Since both of these varietals are of the species vitis vinifera, the grand group of grapes originating in Europe, we have named this wine Vinifera White. This wine is off dry and the flavors have a rich spicyness and balance of fruit and oak.
  Zinfandel
A complex wine which exhibits the spicy characteristics and soft tannins of the Italian primotivo varietal.
