MacMurray Ranch

MacMurray Ranch MacMurray Ranch is named for famed actor Fred MacMurray. Fred MacMurray bought the original homestead in the 1940s and actively farmed it for nearly 50 years. In its 150 year history, only three families have lived and farmed on the land known today as MacMurray Ranch. Today, the ranch looks much as it did a century ago — surrounded by rail fences and framed by oak and redwood groves — only now it is also surrounded by Sonoma County's finest vineyards.

  River Cuvee Pinot Noir
The River Cuvee is a Burgundian style Pinot Noir, with structural tightness to allow for cellaring potential. Aromas of red stone fruit introduce a palette of red cherry fruit flavors complemented by subtle spice and earthy characteristics of forest floor and fresh mushroom notes. This wine pairs well with Pacific Northwest Salmon and mushroom risotto.
  Russian River Valley Pinot Gris
Rich aromas of white peach, honeydew melon, and fig are the stars of this wine, with notes of honey and spice adding both weight and interest. The flavors of peach, melon, and fig are melded together in a rich core, while elements of spice and citrus give focus. The result is a mouthfeel that is rich and broad without being heavy.
  Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
This is a classic Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, with concentrated fruit flavors of deep black cherry complemented by subtle oak to add richness and depth on the finish. The secondary notes hint at the subtle spice, mushroom, forest floor or earthy notes. This wine would pair well with lamb, Pacific Northwest Salmon and mushroom risotto.
  Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Expressive on the nose, this wine will reveal flavors of cherry, blackcurrant and black fruit. It is luscious and plentiful, with subtle vanilla notes that are well integrated to the fruit characteristics.
  Winemakers Block Selection Pinot Noir
Winemakers Block Selection represents classic Russian River Valley styled Pinot Noir, refined, yet big and voluptuous on the palette. Aromas of black fruits and cinnamon spice introduce a palette of black cherry, currant and blueberry fruit flavors, complemented by Indian spice notes. This is a powerful Pinot Noir that would pair well with robust lamb or veal in versatile preparations, from grilled to red wine-based sauces.
