Extending from the Sonoma Valley floor up the western slope of the Mayacamas Mountains, the location of Landa Vineyards was first identified prior to the 1920’s Prohibition era as premium land for growing grapes. The estate entered into viticulture history as one of the very first bonded wineries in the state of California. We are set in the Sonoma Basin Foothills mesoclimate at the base of the Southwestern Mayacamas Foothills. Building on top of what others had learned before us, we have spent the last decade matching the perfect grape varieties to our unique and very special vineyard microclimates.
