Champagne Creek Cellars

Champagne Creek Cellars The pristine water of Champagne Creek (named after the 19th century pioneer French family) meanders through Southwest Oregon's fertile Garden Valley, one of the thousand valleys of the Umpqua. The Champagnes immigrated from France with twelve children. They lived on the old road from the French Settlement (Melrose) to Coles Valley. The barn that houses our winery was built close by in 1878. In the fall of 2001, we took over the winery that had been here since Frank Guido founded it in 1978, under the former name of Di Martini, which became Callahan Ridge Winery. It is a dream come true for us to be able to share with you our passion for wine through this lovely place.

Located within the Hundred Valleys of the Umpqua, on the way to Melrose, near Callahan Ridge & Champagne Creek, and just west of Roseburg, we can be reached easily by car from I-5 at Exit 125. Roseburg, Oregon is an hour’s drive south of Eugene, two hours south of Salem, one hour north of Grant’s Pass, and two hours north of the state line at California on Interstate 5.
