The Vineyard at Hershey

The Vineyard at Hershey The Vineyard at Hershey began in 2009 with its first official vine planting the following spring with plans for the winery to follow. We are happy to be part of a community that has a long and proud agricultural heritage. In order to produce quality wines consistent with our style, great care is taken in selecting the varieties of grapes, the vineyard spacing, and the trellis system to match the soil and microclimate, and in managing our vineyards for low yields. Our planted varieties includ a number of red and white grapes that perform well in Central Pennsylvania's unique climate.
