  Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine of this caliber and price point rarely share the same conversation. Our 2004 vintage is no exception. Harvested in the early fall we crushed, fermented and aged this wine in 60 gallon French and American oak barrels for over 14 months. We try to retain as much fruit as possible, with minimal racking or handling. This balanced wine offers a symbiotic and appealing style with berries, chocolate and vanilla-wood flavors.
  Chardonnay
We are pleased to announce our 2004 Chardonnay, a compatible assemblage of several micro climates, approximately 90% from the Monterey Peninsula's fantastic Central Coast viticulture region. The favorable and prolonged growing season lead to an outstanding harvest of fully ripened fruit and well defined character. Partially barrel fermented in one and two year french oak barrels.
  Merlot
Traditionally, the Merlot grape has been used as a blending component in Cabernet Sauvignon. Americans, like their European contemporaries, have discovered the unique quality of California Merlot, a full bodied red wine with lighter tannins that is quite enjoyable on its own. This mouthwatering Merlot, aged in small French oak barrels, lends distinct aromatics of oak balanced with ample flavors of ripe cherries, blackberries and plum.
  Syrah
This 2002 Syrah has dense purple hue that coats the glass with its intensity and richness. The aroma unfolds with blueberries and plums and finishes with nuances of oak. This is a full-bodied wine with amazing depth and complexity revealed in layers from blueberry to blackberry and leather to earth. The tannins are soft and rounded and dissolve into a lingering plum and spice finish. This wine is ready to drink now, but will continue to evolve and mature in the bottle over the next two years.
