McAllister Brewing Company was born when three people, who are passionate about craft beer, came together with the common goal of providing quality beer to their community. Mike, Kate, and Seth have a long-lasting friendship with their own unique stories.
Police Officer by day, Brew Master by night, Mike McAllister has been brewing beer for over 10 years, starting with 5-gallon batches on his parents’ porch. It all started when his college friends asked him to brew specific beers for them. He accepted their request and has been brewing specialty beers ever since. This experience has propelled his desire and talents.
Nurse by day, Head of Operations by night, Kate McAllister has a long history working in the service industry. She understands just how important customers are. She also knows all too well the significance of valued employees. Craft beer has been a part of her life for decades, cultivating fond memories of helping her father as a child brew small batches of beer in their kitchen.
