				When Tom Burnham and Jim Tomasini first became friends many years ago, little did they know that their names would one day be combined to form Burnsini Vineyards, LLC and that their retirement years would be spent growing grapes and making delicious red wines. Our vineyard is on a hill at 700ft. elevation. The grapes thrive in the warm summers on our ten acres. The vineyard is beautiful to see during the changing seasons. We do all the stages of winemaking right on the premises from planting and picking to bottling with the help of many friends and family members. Our wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for two years. 		    Cabernet Sauvignon 
		
		
            Upfront berry fruit, with a full middle body, and long finish showcase the varietal flavors of this Burnsini Cabernet Sauvignon. French and American oak aromas and vanilla flavors from barrel aging fill the mouth, but are not too tannic. This wine pairs well with rich meats such as steaks, venison, and duck.

		    Chardonnay 
		
		
            2005 was our first year to produce Chardonnay. This wine has been barrel fermented and aged in both American and French oak. You will enjoy the smooth, crisp, citrus flavors.

		    Merlot 
		
		
            The Burnsini Merlot has a large plum nose with current accents. It has flavor that is shy out of the gate but healthy and generous at the finish line including lots of fruit, light tannins and chocolate. A great wine for any occasion.

		    Petite Sirah 
		
		
            This wine is aged in American Oak. A brilliant purple color with a gorgeous bouquet, firm, rich and manly flavor, with blackberry and pepper overtones. Just damn good! Steer walk right up and jump onto the plate for the privilege 
of being served with this wine.

		    Tehama Red 
		
		
            Tehama Red is a blend of two premium grape varieties and is popular for all occasions. The wine is medium bodied, just a bit tangy and delivers soft round tannins. Flavors of black cherry, raspberry, pepper and spice. Leaves a finish that is balanced and vibrant. Great with beef, barbeques, pastas or just by itself.

		    Zinfandel 
		
		
            The Burnsini Zinfandel is an unpretentious wine providing a light fruity aroma, with an assertive full-bodied flavor of berries, mild oak overtones and a long strong spicy finish. This wine can be paired with a variety of dishes from pasta and pizza to salmon or steak.
