In Mitchell, the love for craft beer and community sparked a conversation among friends. Doug and Brett, long-time residents and supporters of local growth, often wondered why Mitchell lacked its own brewery. This curiosity evolved into a vision to create a gathering place where people could celebrate life's milestones over a handcrafted beer. Thus, came into being Palace City Brewing, LLC, Mitchell's first craft brewery.
