Harvested at the optimum time near the end of the season, this is a wine that only time can create. Bold ripe fruit flavors of raisins and plum dance with cloves and anise, delicately framed with oak and a gracefully warm and lengthy finish.
  Nebbiolo
The premium grape of Piedmont, Italy used to make Barolo and Barbaresco. Like many Italian wines it is best enjoyed with food. The authentic brick color is highly sought after, a medium body combined with depth and character from an old world tradition.
  Shiraz
A luscious entry combines dark cherry, plum and chocolate. The deep color belies a bold, powerful finish with an intensely rich mouth feel full of dark fruit, soft oak and integrated tannins.

  Viognier
From the Rhone Valley, this richly aromatic wine has beautiful tropical notes of mango, pear, combined with citric and subtle floral nuances. Rich and full-bodied with balanced acidity, helps delivers a crisp, dry finish.
  Zinfandel
