We specialize in single-vineyard estate-bottled wines. That means from the growth of the grapes, through fermentation and bottling, we handle the entire process. Our wine never leaves our Moab property until it is 100% bottled, packaged, and ready for you! Our vineyard dates back to 1979 as a Utah State University agricultural project to determine what industries could supplant the waning uranium mining industry. While it has changed owners, and sections have been replanted over the years a few of our vines have deep roots here in the Spanish Valley.
