Dave Welling set out to open the first brewery in Aberdeen, South Dakota way back in 2018 after moving from Michigan with his wife and daughters.
He rented a vacated printing shop on South Main Street, rolled up his sleeves and brought his experience as a home brewer, a truckload of brewing equipment and had the place open in six months - all while working two jobs!
