Pepi Cabernet Sauvignon
"Dark and concentrated, showing spicy notes of clove with black cherry, toffee and earth. Port and root beer wrap up with a leathery note on the slightly dusty nose. In the mouth, it spreads to pick up appealing black licorice, plum, cassis and creamy chocolate flavors that flesh out the fruit. Firm, chalky tannins and a solid core of acidity give this wine the structure to evolve in the bottle."
The Stelvin screw cap will keep the wine fresh while eliminating the possibility of cork taint. From a winemaker perspective, I am very excited about the closure; this wine is fresh, crisp, clean and nothing should interfere with that." - Pat Pickett, Winemaker

Pepi Chardonnay, California
"Stainless steel fermentation preserves the apple, kiwi and lime flavors, set out against refreshing acidity. Pure, sleek fruit characteristics and minimal malolactic fermentation give the wine a crisp, clean feel. The result is a bright, fresh wine chockfull of juicy Bartlett pear flavors, with a subtle hint of praline. The addition of Viognier to the blend lends an opulent richness and floral notes. A tangy finish gives tremendous flexibility with food, spanning whole menus in a single bound."

Pepi Chardonnay, Napa Valley
"The grapes from these Napa Valley vineyards allow us to make a Chardonnay without malolactic fermentation to interfere with the great fruit. Tropical fruit flavors; fresh and crisp on the palate; this wine is the perfect complement to grilled seafood and roasted chicken or pork." - Pat Pickett, Winemaker

Pepi Colline Di Sassi
"This 1999 vintage was inspired by the Super Tuscan wines of Italy, and is a blend of Napa Valley Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. The spiciness of the Sangiovese is starkly evident, while the richness of the Cabernet makes itself known with a full mouthfeel and imposing structure." - Pat Pickett, Winemaker

Pepi Merlot
"Power-packed yet elegant with a compact structure and big, forward fruit. Warm, sweet aromas of blackberry, cherry and tobacco dominate. Flavors are ripe with the fullness of chocolate, berries, graham cracker and oak spices. A small amount of Shiraz is blended in for increased jamminess and complexity. The mouth is full-bodied, big and rich, with a warm mouth-coating feel and a long juicy blackberry and spice finish."

Pepi Pinot Grigio, California
"Bright, fruity and creamy in style, this is a refreshing wine full of vanilla, apple, melon and citrus flavors. A light floral nose along with lime peel and nectarine aromas imparts a tangy minerality that is racy and palate cleansing. The fruit shows a full, rich flavor while retaining enough acidity to provide the zesty crispness that makes it eminently food-friendly."

Pepi Pinot Grigio, Oregon
"Bright, fruity and creamy in style, this is a refreshing wine full of vanilla, apple, melon and citrus flavors. A light floral nose along with lime peel and nectarine aromas imparts a tangy minerality that is racy and palate cleansing. By using grapes grown in the cool climate of Oregon, the fruit has plenty of time to develop a full, rich flavor while retaining enough acidity to provide the zesty crispness that makes it eminently food-friendly."

Pepi Sangiovese
Balanced, bright and harmonious with flavors of black cherry, cocoa and spices framed by dusty tannins. Aged for more than six months in French and American oak puncheons (93 gallon barrels) to reduce the wine to oak ratio and preserve the delicate, spicy fruit. In Chianti-like fashion, it’s bone dry, light and elegantly structured. The fruit’s delicate spicy flavors complement the aromas of cherry pie and nutmeg — just right for serving with duck, pasta marinara, and especially, hard Italian cheeses.

Pepi Sauvignon Blanc
"Pleasant Sauvignon aromas of grapefruit and melon. Light bodied and elegant with crisp acidity. A very refreshing bottle of wine, perfect for sipping with lunch while enjoying the beautiful spring and summer weather. Enjoy with seafood, salads, chicken or alone as an aperitif.

Pepi Shiraz
"Deep raspberry and black cherry fruit is buttressed by creamy vanillin oak and an earthy element that opens this dark, tangy wine into mushroom, plum, and raspberry notes. All repeat as sweet-edged flavors with light oak at the back and continue through the lingering finish where light tannins appear. Smooth as silk with the perfect balance for hearty dishes."
