Products

  Barely Blush
Very popular wine for all seasons! Fermented at low temperature and stopped with a hint of sweetness.
  Chardonnay
This sought-after dry table wine is produced from the most respected of all white grapes of the world’s principle wine producing areas. Delicate fruit character is preserved through cold fermentation.
  Covertside White
An off-dry blend of Seyval Blanc from several estate vineyard sites, fruity and fresh.
  Merlot
One of the most sought after wine varieties, Merlot was planted in our vineyard seven years ago. It is a very proud addition to our wine list.
  Picnic Red
A medium bodied red wine, made from the Marechal Foch grape variety. To enjoy on a picnic or on most occasions.
  Riesling
Synonymous with somewhat sweeter wines, this popular German grape has found a real home in the climate of our northeastern vineyard. A long, cold fermentation, stopped at just the right level, compliments the balance of sweetness with natural acidity and fruit.
  Summer Breeze
This addition to our wine list last Spring became an immediate favorite through the Summer and Fall. This Estate White Wine, produced from the well respected Seyval Blanc grape variety, is artfully flavored with honey and a hint of lemon, and is as soft and refreshing as a Summer Breeze.
