Products

  Chambourcin
Profile: Dry Red Grape Wine. Chambourcin is a grape grown in Illinois. The wine we produce with this grape is a dry light bodied red varietal aged on American oak. Chambourcin is popular with consumers who like Cabernet and Merlot.
  Norton
Profile: Dry Red Grape Wine. Norton is a grape grown in Illinois. A dry full bodied red varietal aged on French oak. This wine is comparable to a merlot or pinot noir. Norton is great with a nice steak!
  Vignoles
Profile: Dry White Grape Wine. Typically Vignoles is a semi-sweet wine but we fermented the wine to a dry state and aged the wine lightly on oak. Vignoles has characteristics of pineapple, citrus, and melon. Even though it has no residual sugar, it tastes almost semi-dry due to the fruitiness of the grape.
