Howling Henry's Brewery started back 2009 on a 11/25/09. The wife mentioned that my home brew recipes were pretty good. She then utter a phrase she wishes she could take back, "You should think about starting a brewery (professionally)". Unfortunately, neither of use understood the timeline involved and the stress associated in starting a business. Many things have changed since that November Wednesday lunch date, but one thing that has not is the way I brew my beer. If you are looking to open up your your taste buds and try something new give Howling Henry's a try.
