Hop Daddy’s Brewing Co. is excited to be opening Fall 2019 in downtown Allentown! Our Pizza Brewhouse located in the Hamilton District of Downtown Allentown will be home to our 3bbl brewhouse and brewpub! We are excited to create unique takes on traditional styles of beer to Allentown and we will be serving a full menu of food created by our Executive Chef who will be working with our brewer to create the ideal pairings and beer/food experiences. We are committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients and as local as possible. We strive to create lasting and impactful relationships with our friends and partners and we plan to support the development and growth of Allentown, PA’s 3rd largest city.
